Error when trying to upload files

I am receiving two different errors when trying to upload files. The recipient has sent me documantation from WIN SCP to review but I cannot seem to find the answer. The recipient seems to think I need to disable permissions. I cannot find exactly how to do that. Currently I am manually running the upload and have not scripted it. Once I figure out the issue I plan to script it and I can use the disable permissions prompt in that script. For now though I need to fix this manually.
