S3 Needs to create subfolders

I have a PS Script running WinSCP connecting to an S3 Bucket, which I started using after various issues with S3-CLI, and whenever I try to create an Object with subdirectories that doe not pre-exist in S3 I get an error saying "File of Folder Does Not Exist" (Which is true). Does anyone know if there any way to automate the creation of these folders from within the commands like a Flag or option, or even open to other suggestions.
