WIN SCP cmd-Files not executable from 3.thrd party program

Hi at all..
someone here familiar with File-Watcher programs like "File Watcher Simple", "Directory Monitor" or similar Programs?
I spend many hours to get WIN SCP-Scripts work with these Tools - no Chance.
I created a cmd-File to load specific Files beginning with 'Umsaetze_DE49501900000*' + actual Date to my webspace.
This works perfectly when started directly from Windows. No Problems!
I use a File Watcher Tool to watch, if new Files are detected in my local download-directory to load them up right
to my webspace.
For doing that all this Watching Tool provides similar "action"-Possibilities, but obviously I don't find the right syntax to get things work.
Normally this Tools manage this "action" by two commands.
1. command: The Application you want to start
2. command "Arguments" (whatever this means...)
And thats my problem: Nothing works.
I tried:
C:\Program Files\WinSCP\WinSCP.com /script="C:\Program Files\WinSCP\upload_fvb.cmd" (some Tools don't accept this syntax at all)
also I tried:
Application: C:\Program Files\WinSCP\WinSCP.com
Argument: script="C:\Program Files\WinSCP\upload_fvb.cmd" (with or without slash at the beginning doesn't make a difference, so does Quotes)
I'm running out of ideas.. what can I try ??
Sometimes I can see the console of WINSCP.com shortly but it seems to crash right away and shut down very quickly, so I dont get informations what is going wrong.
I hope you can help me.

Sincerely
Chris
