Program not saving settings?

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not, but the program does not seem to save any changes I do to it, like changing local directory or anything... Just goes back to default, any way I can fix this? I'm using latest version on WinXP...

Have you saved your session settings on "Stored sessions" tab of login dialog? Alternatively you can save settings of current opened session from "Session" menu.
