need to start a transfer at a defined 'later' time

I would like to be able to specify, while using the standard transfer-dialog, a 'delay' time
so that a transfer can happen overnight or after a specific time.

I do NOT want to use sys-scheduler or power-shells where I need to give my credential (potentially in an open way).
