Editor - Remember position after a reload/encoding

When the cursor is placed on a specific line (for example, line 856) and the file is reloaded or the encoding is changed, the editor always jumps back to the beginning of the file. This forces manual scrolling to return to the previous working position.

The editor should remember the current cursor position and restore it after a reload or encoding change, returning the user to the same line they were working on.

Even if the exact same text is no longer on the same line after a reload, restoring the approximate cursor position would still be far better than resetting to the top of the file. Losing position entirely is the most disruptive outcome.
