schedule a Syncrornization

hi pals!
I'm stuck a problem. I need to schedule a winscp, but what I need is to sync only the new files. I can do from winscp console, but I'd like to know ho to do via command line.
I mean, syncronize 2 directorys and only copy new files.

What you can do from console can be done from command line using /script or /command parameters. See documentation.
