Passphrase passing

I have set up the SFTP connection and it works fine when I am in the console mode or in the GUI mode. However, I am now trying to create a script file to execute this automatically.

However, since I have key setup with a pass phrase, the WINSCP process is stopping and asking me for the passphrase.

Is there someway I can pass the key passphrase as a parameter? Rather than enter it manually everytime.
