AUTOMATIC FILE DOWNLOADS

Hi There I'm quite new to WinSCP,
Is it possible to use scripting to have WinSCP automatically download a file of a server each day?

If it is possible, please can someone urgently give me an example of such a script adn exlpain what I must do.
