3.8.2 bug with french translation file

+ I download winscp382.exe (standalone appli) => Nice
+ I download Winscp3.fr and Winscp3.de (after uncompress from zip file)
+ Rename them into winscp382.fr winscp382.de, put it into the same directory.
+ I launch the application, click "languages", with Deutsch it relaunch into deutsch language but with French I get a "Cannot load locale 1036".

It is a bug ?

It works for me. Please try to download the file again.

Arg WinRAR bugs. I down again and uncompress on another computer and it works !
