overwite files without confirm to overwrite

Hi all

using winscp.com, what command disables the overwrite confirm and DOES overwrite the file.
ive tried /command "option comfirm off"
This does supress the confirm overwrite but DOES NOT overwrite the file.

And what happens instead?

the file is left unchanged, i need to be able to overwrite files without being prompted to overwrite or not.

I cannot imagine how this can be happening. Can you post a log file? For simple case, where synchronization of single file should occur, but does not.
