direct folder entry in address bar
At our university employees and students have the possibility to publish dynamic websites. These websites are subfolders of an apache accessible directory. However, many people make use of that and such there several hundred subfolders exist.
It takes WinSCP about 30-40 seconds to display all the folders when changing into the "home" directory:
/www-cgi/home/abc1234 (first users directory)
/www-cgi/home/abc2345 (second users directory)
and so forth (hundreds more to come...)
The point is that I'm not interested in all the folders, I know my foldername and
could also directly change the directory...
Is there a way to manually input the directory in the address bar to stop winscp from listing all the folders?
Like: /www-cgi/home/abc1234/mycontents
I do not know if this might also be a relevant problem for others...
But thanks anyway.
