Uploading on Freeserve and Wanadoo Web space

Hi.

Since almost a year, connecting to web space of Freeserve/Wanadoo has become a problem.

Any one experiencing the same and what is the solution? I use freeserve/wanadoo connection to upload files but the site do not open at all.
