Remote Accesso of HTDOCS

I am uploading from a Win2k box to a Linux box running Apache Web Server. The problem that I am having is that I cannot seem to see the usr/local/apache/htdocs folder in the explorer window of WinSCP.

I can only get so far and then the rest of the folders disappear. I would like to have direct access to HTDOCS so that I may be able to update my website from a remote location.

I'm not sure what's your problem. Please post a log file. Also delete cyclic symlinks in the folder (if any).
