thats not a feature but a question.

is winscp executable on an chinese windows system?
is winscp executable on windows vista?
what's with the "AERO" user interface of vista?

does anyone know this?

Lots of applications have problems on running under a chinese windows system or under the new windows vista especially the aero-interface of vista?
