don't see all the folders through winscp

I have openssh installed on a server in a remote office and winscp installed on the server in my office.

when i use winscp, i only see the folders in the openssh folder of the remote server. however, when i use putty on my server to connect to the remote server, i see all the folders of my remote server. i'm using the laterst version of winscp. does anyone have any ideas?
