Can WinSCP be automated?

Are any parts of the object model of WinSCP exposed? I need to use SCP to transfer some files to a "Secure" LINUX box but I'm trying not to have to shell execute the commands.

WinSCP is not a COM server. You may use its source code or maybe better the original source of Putty.
