Is it possible to exec "QUOTE SITE FILETYPE = SEQ" b4 ftp?

My remote server is MVS and requires several lines of "QUOTE SITE" before file can be FTP'd. Is it possible to do this within WinSCP?

I searched the documentation and FAQ, but couldn't find anything. I also learned the WS_FTP can do this.
