SSH LOGIN TO SERVERS

We use ssh on all of our servers but we use a double login as direct root access is blocked.

we login to an user account with username and password then we su into root of the servers. with su then the password.

a lot of other server owners are starting to do this also for security.

It cannot be as it is platform specific.
