Not Transfering Date of File?

Any idea why the date and time stamp is not transferring with my file. After an FTP transfer the date is set to the current date on the receiving machine? In Options I do have the TimeStamp option checked?

With FTP protocol, preserving timestamp of uploaded files is not supported.
