This is known issue that has been resolved already. The fix will be included into the next release.

I Am sad because I will not be able to use WinSPC until its new version will be available.

The reason you cannot use it is that your server does not support "LIST -a" command. Upgrade to 4.0.4, it should fix it.

I upgraded WinSCP to 4.0.4 (build 346), but now the problem is a loop:
