Authenticating with pre-entered password

User changed his password and now gets:

Authentication log (see session log for details):
Using username "First.Last".
Authenticating with public key "rsa-key-20060822".
Further authentication required
Authenticating with pre-entered password.
Access denied.
Access denied.
Unable to authenticate

I'm a newbie, so be gentle! Tnx in advance...

But he/she probably has not changed the password is his/her stored session.
