download speed

greetings,

i have some problem with winscp, when im downloading files prom my sftp account, winspc download with ~70% possible speed. whem my friends trying DL same files, they using 100% of their possible speed. how can i incrase my speed ?
in DL windoww i have mounted: "SPEED 100%" and no other programs are running, only winscp. i'm using adsl modem.

Do they also use WinSCP? What kind of connection do you have? And they?

yes, we using WinSCP, and me and my friends have ADSL
