WinSCP supported on Windows 98 Second Edition?

I'm trying to install and run WinSCP on Windows 98 Second Edition. After installing the 'Installation package' and when trying to run the application, I get error messages saying that WINSCP.EXE is coupled to the missing NETAPI32.DLL:NetApiBufferFree. When I try the 'Standalone application' it says that WINSCP404.EXE is coupled to the missing NETAPI32.DLL:NetUseGetInfo.

Could it be that WinSCP is broken for Windows 98 Second Edition or is it my system that is screwed up?

This is known issue that has been resolved already. The fix will be included into the next release.
