Automatically reconnect server afert cancelling the transfer

In current implement, after canceling the scp transfer, the users will be asked to reconnect the server manually. In my mind, the scp tranfer is just a sub-routine of the whole session, and we should not disconnect the session after cancelling the file transfer.

But the sub-routine cannot be interrupted. Hence we need to disconnect whole session to terminate the transfer.
