Linked site to Japanese explanation from "About" button

I've installed the Multilanguage package of WinSCP 4.0.5. When I click "About" button in the login window, A link to Japanese explanation appears.

The url of the link is as follows:

XXXXwinscp.net

Is this a correct url?
