gui disappears

hi!

i'm using the ssl network extender from check point to launch winscp. but since a few days after i click on login the white window shows up, winscp connects but the gui doesn't show up alltough the process is still running. i tried it on a different machine and it worked. even other users who log on my machine don't have this problem. anybody can help?
