WinSCP does not want to connect at all

Hi Folks,

I am really annoid why WinSCP does not connect to my NAS. WinXP Sp2 firewall is OFF!(For sure!). As hostname I add the Ip-adresse of the NAS, user: root and Password: ****** (the right one!). All other options selected are standard, i did not change anything! It Does not want to connect! With putty i can connect by telnet easily!!

in the meantime WinSCP learned successfully to connect to my NAS Raidsonic 4220!
