Adding accounts from command in program or via command line?

I'm going to be converting a lot of accounts from FileZilla to be used in WinSCP and need to know if there's a way to submit a command that will add an account to the session manager. That way I can just go down the list adding all of the accounts one after another without using the GUI itself. Is there a way to do this?

No it is not possible. But you can generate a respective sections in an configuration INI file.
