WinSCP with external editor emacs-21.2 for Windows ?

Hi,

when I choose in preferences for editor, external editor, my preferred editor under Windows and Linux emacs-21.2 I have a problem loading the file from the remote server into my Windows emacs. However, emacs tells me that it opens the specific file but it don't displays any contents, i.e. only a zero buffer ?!

Using Notepad or WordPad works as expected.
