well I meant if it possible to have 2 windows in your tool with 2 diff paths on the windows-pc. or even if it possible 2 get 2 connections of sftp.

You may open second instance of WinSCP. Anyway next version will enable you to open as many connections you need and select between them.

I understand what he meant: WinSCP might be a great tool to replace FAR or Total Commander if we were able to use two local sessions instead of one local and one remote - same as Far with WinSCP plug-in.
