Authentication Failed?

Hi,
I am getting "Incoming packet was garbled on decryption" error when I try to connect to a Unix server from my PC with Windows 2000 on it.
Please help!

What server is on your Windows? You may try OpenSSH for Windows. It works with WinSCP. Please also try to connect with Putty.
