WinSCP 4.1.2 (build 388) - closing of program don't close it

WinSCP 4.1.2 (build 388) - closing of program don't close program process and this proces take about 50% of processor and is running while you kill it - i have this problem on windows vista businnes sp1

I have the same problem on Windows XP SP2
