Passwording Directories on winSCP

I want to password certain directories inside my winSCP.
not on the website it's self..but inside where you update.
I want to keep certain section off limits to other who update with me on my website.

Is this possible?

If he/she is using different account, just make sure only you (your account) has permissions to the files/directores.
