"Invalid access to memory" - command line interface (W_XP)

Error "Invalid access to memory" appears when I try to run command line interface (winscp.com) under WXP SP3. No problem when I start GUI.
Software version is 4.1.4 (build 407).
There was no error when I used Ver. 4.0.7
