transferring remote file to my computer using custom command

Hello, can someone please suggest if its possible to transfer a remote file to a desired directory on my computer using custom commands in WinSCP.

Right now, I can open up an executable file on my personal computer using custom commands. What I would like to add is use of a single custom command that opens up the executable as well as transfers the file to a desired directory on my computer. I am implementing a simple editor which runs locally on my computer.
