Background Transfer Doesn't Refresh

I always thought of this as a suggestion until I found it in the documentation, so it's not a feature request but a bug: https://winscp.net/eng/docs/transfer_queue

The view isn't refreshed which has kept me from using this feature since I discovered WinSCP a year or two ago. This is with Commander view, and I upgraded to the latest Portable 4.1.6. All directory caching is turned off.

That's because of the disabled directory caching. The automatic refresh does not work with the caching off.
