I'm trying to run a connection via a scheduled task which connects to a shell icon that I've created and it starts WinSCP up fine. I need it to synch with a remote folder once it has started up automatically. Do you know how I can automate a synchronise task automatically without writing batch files or scripts or is this not possible?

Sorry that's probably not clear. I need to get WinSCP to synch via the GUI automatically once it starts up.

winscp.exe <session> /synchronize <local> <remote> /defaults
See documentation.
