Unicode file names

Hello!

I've tried to login to FTP server that names files and folders in Unicode. Latin names were correctly shown, but cyrillic symbols were crashed in the same way as you can see while looking to Unicode text via Cp-1251.

Could you implement Unicode support for file names?
