How can send coommands to Ubunut Server?

I am able to get WinSCP to connect to my Ubuntu Server. In order for Ubuntu Server to carry out commands (add, create, edit, move, delete etc..) I should have to use the sudo prefix. Is WinSCP capable of adding this?
