winscp.ini

Hi,
I have some (4 or 5).cmd script scheduled on a Windows2003R2 Server that after a couple of action call a stored session of Winscp.
Tonight when one of this script called the stored session had generate a pop-up with this error:
CANNOT CREATE FILE "path"\WINSCP.INI

Is possible that when 2 script call the same stored session at the same time this error occurred because winscp.ini is locked by the oder script?
There is a way to let the winscp.ini managed by more session at the same time?

I have checked that my version is the 4.04 and now ther is the 4.1.7 and that from the 4.0.5 is possible to make the winscp.ini read-only. I will test the new version to see if it will fix my problem.
