SFTP - Rights incorrectly displayed on Solaris 10

Viewing directory listings with WinSCP with SFTP protocol sometimes displayes the wrong rights e.g.

With putty:
drwxr-s--x+

Viewing with WinSCP (4.1.7) - SFTP:
rwxrws--x

Viewing with WinSCP (4.1.7) - SCP:
rwxr-s--x

It seems that FileZilla 3.1.5 shows the wrong display with SFTP as well.

Then it is probably problem of the SFTP server.
Actually it is common issue with OpenSSH SFTP server.
