Server failure: error code 4

Hello,

The serve will not let me copy folders or files from my Documents folder to my CUIT webspace. A window pops up and says that there has been a server failure, error code 4.

Can you help me get past this? I really want to back up my work!

documentation does not help in this case... any other suggestions?
it is an issue that blocks myself these days also...

Check the server's log file or contact the server administrator.
