Freezes while uploading to iPhone 3G

I connect to my device with no problem, can change open and close folders on PC / iPhone. But once I try to copy something it manages to copy about 24kb and then freezes. After that I cannot access internet (Chrome/IE 7.0). After I restart everything is fine.
What could that be? :)
