% is change in %25 in file name after localsynchronization

Hello, I'm using winscp.exe in command line with a script.
When I synchronize remote from local, all is OK.
When I synchronize local from remote, if the downloaded file name contains %, after downloading, file name is change with %25 in place of %.
I have this problem only with %. Do you have an idea about that ?
