Use MainWindow-Title to show if winscp is working

it would be so nice, if possible, showing in MainWindow-Title if winscp is working.
By default is the Title (in my case) i.e. "images - 00 root @ 12345.de - WinSCP".
If I edit a file, the Editor (irfan, textpad, however) is in foreground, and WinSCP is minimized in taskbar.
If I save a file, WinSCP correctly uploads the new file.
But I can not see, if this process is done, until leaving editor.
Only one more char ("*"?), in the title at the begin of the Text - and this is what I wish.
