error code 255 when trying to copy files

It gives me error saying coping files from remote side failed. command failed with return 255.

when I tried to copy files from a computer at school. (to my computer)

any solutions?

You probably do not have scp command on the server or it is not in path. Check this. You may also try to use SFTP instead of SCP (see session tab of login dialog).
