Someone used my e-mail to create a profile

Someone created this profile (juhkil) using my e-mail address.

I changed the password so they couldn't cause me problems.

1. How do I delete this profile
2. How do I get you to change your profile creation process
to require acknowledgement from the specified e-mail address
before the profile is authorized?

1. I have deleted your profile.
2. I not not want people to force to verify the addess. They come here for help, what they have issues. I do not want to add them another troubles. Anyway there's no way to misuse your email here. So you do not have to worry.
