Moje_B5.lib

Hi, I have problem with compiling Moje_B5.lib.
Project Moje_B5.bpk make file lib/Moje_B5.bpl but I don't now how I build Moje_B5.lib. Can someone help me?

Why are you building 3.7.4? Use the latest version.
