Existing file gets deleted if transfer fails

Hi,

When I tried to transfer a file that already existed in the destination folder but the connection was already timed out and thus the transfer didn't take place, after the failure the file I already had in my hard drive had been deleted.

Is this caused by Windows or the program?

Do you refer to download? What protocol? Can you post a log file?
